Dr Napleton-King takes great pleasure in being an empathic, encouraging, empowering mentor – and has been helping people from varied backgrounds for well over three decades. She is a respected mentor to numerous experienced executives of NGOs and governmental organisations and also delights in empowering the next generation of animal welfare and conservation professionals via Servant Leadership, supporting numerous young professionals to progress and diversify. She provides ongoing support, as a regular commitment or as and when required.
